| This is kinda complicated so just read along carefully please! Ok, May 1st my brother calls me and asks me if I want to buy his 2005 Chevy Impala for $377 per month, because he cannot afford the payment since he and his girlfriend broke up. (Combined income and the car is in both of their names). So me and my hubby accepted the car with the WRITTEN understanding from BOTH of them that if they should make-up and all that bullshit, as long as we made the payments on time and kept insurance on it every month, then they could not take it back. We did not get the car transferred onto our names because we could not get financed for $16,769. Ok, May goes by and then comes the first of June. My hubby and i made the fucking car payment, and that night my brother's dumb ass ex-girlfriend COMES and takes the car. I thought someone stole it so we called the cops. They asked if we were on time for our payments in case it got repoed, but then i told the cop that the car was in my brother and his ex-gf names. So he went over to her house and there was the car. Well, there is nothing that could be done since legally it was her car, and apparently the written contract didnt mean a damn thing. See, sh can;t afford the car but since she went to court for child support from my brother, now she can. she's getting close to $700 a month. That money is not to go towards a fucking car, it is to go towards my neices and things that they need. stupid cock biting bitch. any ideas on what i should do? |
